Hollyhock campus is a wild and eclectic haven, nestled between seashore and forest on 48 acres of breathtaking natural beauty.
While the campus structures occupy just 4 acres of the land, a mix of buildings are thoughtfully spread out. Each are connected by a network of trails and pathways through forested areas.

Campus rates include accommodations, meals, use of spa area, and other campus facilities. Rates do not include taxes or tuition. All bookings are subject to a 10% campus fee and applicable taxes.
Oceanfront Single or Couple with Ensuite
Nestled at the water’s edge, these oceanfront rooms offer panoramic views of Desolation Sound. They feature a private bathroom with shower and access to a shared and comfortable common area. Step onto the spacious seaside deck and take in the fresh salt air.

Private Cabin Oceanfront: (Pego’s)
This private cabin boasts an open concept layout which includes a queen bedroom area, a common area with a couch, kitchenette, private bathroom, and deck overlooking the ocean. Located on the water’s edge with a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding Desolation Sound.

Single or Couple with Ensuite
These spacious rooms have a queen bed with a private bathroom, tranquil forest views with some glimpses of the ocean beyond.
Ideal as a private or shared accommodation space as they are generous in size and comfort. These rooms provide a comfortable cabin experience while keeping you close to the natural beauty of the island.

Single or Couple with Shared Bathroom
These cozy private rooms are ideal for individuals or couples seeking comfort and simplicity. Bathrooms are shared, with a range of configurations across our campus. Some rooms feature a Jack-and-Jill style bath shared with one neighbouring room, others share an internal bathroom within the building, and some are conveniently located near an external bathhouse.

Twin with Ensuite Oceanfront
Nestled at the water’s edge, this oceanview room offers a stunning panoramic outlook over Desolation Sound. Each room features two twin beds and is shared by two guests. Your roommate will be assigned based on gender, or you may request to share with someone you know.
Located in the Beach House, these rooms offer a serene balance of comfort and connection to nature, with easy access to the oceanfront deck. Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower, as well as access to the shared common space in the building.
Rates include accommodation and meals for one person. Two guests sharing the room each pay the twin rate.

Twin with Ensuite
These spacious and inviting rooms feature two beds and a private bathroom shared by two guests. Found throughout our campus, they are comfortable & charming and may have queen beds, double beds, or a sofa pull out. Your room mate will be chosen at random based on gender, or you can request to share with someone you know.
The rate includes accommodation and meals for one person. Two people sharing a room pay two twin rates.

Twin with Shared Bathroom
Nested within the ferns and fir trees, these cozy rooms and rustic cabins are located throughout our campus, have two beds, and will be shared by two people.
Most rooms share an external bathhouse just a few steps away, while others share a bathroom in the same building. The rate includes accommodation and meals for one person. Two guests sharing the cabin each pay the twin rate.
Per person: $270/night (meals included)
Three-share with Shared Bathroom
This comfortable room surrounded by lush green forest has one double bed and two twin beds and will be shared by three people. Your roommates will be chosen at random based on gender, or you can request to share with someone you know. The bathroom is shared with another room.

Dormitories
The dorms are our most economical room option. Located centrally in our Carousel building, each dorm room can accommodate up to 6 people and has it’s own washroom. Bedding and towels are provided.
All dorm beds are assigned, please ask the reception desk first if you would like to switch beds. Assignments are made on a first come, first served basis. Please reach out to [email protected] if you require a lower bunk.

Tent Sites
Sleep under the stars at one of our campsites. Each private site is tucked away in the trees in a quiet area of the grounds, accessed by a forest trail. Guests enjoy access to a beautifully crafted bathhouse with hot showers, flush toilets (no outhouses here!), and personal cubbies for towels and essentials.
Please be aware that this area is accessed by walking paths only. There may be uneven terrain in the forest. We can assist you and your gear to your campsite by golf cart. The tent sites are about a 7 minute walk from the main lodge. These rustic sites are not recommended for those unfamiliar with wild camping or uncomfortable with challenging terrain. Enjoy the serenity of the forest and a uniquely wild west coast experience.
Stoves, campfires, and recreational vehicles are not allowed on campus.

Commuter
Join your chosen program while staying in your own off-site accommodation – whether at a nearby rental, your personal residence, or elsewhere on the island.
Commuter participants pay for tuition, meals, and a $25/day campus access fee. This fee includes use of our newly renovated spa, unlimited coffee and tea, and full access to campus amenities during your program.
Your total will be adjusted manually once your meal package is confirmed. You’ll receive a second confirmation email when your booking is updated.
