Shipping
Please allow 7 to 21 days for delivery. Parcels take awhile to travel from our small B.C. coastal island, which has mail service three times a week.

Book Orders
If we are unable to fill your whole order, we will send what is available immediately and ship the remainder at our cost as soon as it is in stock. If there is a long delay we will call or email you to confirm with you before shipping.

USA Customers
Prices are shown in Canadian funds. An approximate US price conversion is available on your Shopping List. Your credit card company will convert your charges to US funds. With the current exchange rate you receive an excellent value. Shipping to locations in the USA is tax-free.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Hollyhock in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
