  • Personal Development
  • Professional Advancement

Through addiction we seek insatiably to fill the void within: with drugs, alcohol or food, or activities like sex, work, gambling, or shopping. We can even become addicted to helping others, while we ignore our own needs. This workshop will be a psychological and spiritual exploration that will tame the hungry ghosts of addiction within by means of deep emotional processing, bodywork techniques and spiritual practice. Not for currently active substance users. Designed for those struggling with addiction issues in their own lives or in those of loved ones, as well as for professionals working with addicted clients. Learn to understand the deepest sources of addiction. Acquire the tools of self-awareness and compassionate, non-judgmental inquiry needed to transform the negative energies of addiction into the positive energy of growth. Elizabeth Burr will assist with the transformative work, helping to bring deep body awareness.
