Aung Medical Qi Gong & IntuitionAug 23 - 26, 2013
Presented by: Steven Aung
Realign your vital energies with this ancient Chinese wellness practice of breathwork, concentration and movement. Gain a greater appreciation of yourself, others and the natural environment through experiencing the gentle, relaxing and rejuvenating aspects of this traditional discipline. Learn the four basic breathing techniques and practice them along with concentration and posture/movement exercises. With phonation exercises, use natural sounds produced by the human body to harmonize your Qi (vital energy) and to heal yourself, others and the environment. With stabilized and sharpened concentration, learn how to assess, heal and intuit Qi and medical conditions in a hands-on approach. Each morning, practice Qi Gong in the natural wilderness of Hollyhock’s forests and beach. Everyone welcome. Dr. Steven K.H.
