Buddhist Meditation: Wake Up To Freedom
Oct 3 - 8, 2014
Presented by: Robert Beatty
Be fully alive. Let go of anxiety, self-criticism, depression, fear, and loneliness. You are not your moods, the racing mind, compulsions, addictions or wounds from the past. Awaken to the love, compassion and joy that are your natural state.
Allow meditation to bring vibrancy, enthusiasm, connection, humor and awareness to every aspect of your life.
Activities include sitting and walking meditation, lectures, and discussions, as well as music, poetry and movement. Individual guidance and instruction are available. Return to your life and relationships rested, renewed and inspired.
This program is held in silence.
