Buddhist Meditation: Dive Into Your Life
Presented by: Robert Beatty
Are you squandering your precious life and holding back from full aliveness? Are you held hostage by anxiety, self-criticism, depression, fear, or loneliness? You are not your moods, the racing mind, compulsions, addictions or wounds from the past. Come learn to love yourself and forgive others.
Practice meditation to bring vibrancy, enthusiasm, connection, humor and awareness to every aspect of your incarnation.
Activities include sitting and walking meditation, lectures, and discussions, as well as music, poetry and movement. Individual guidance and instruction are available. Return to your life and relationships rested, renewed and inspired.
This program is held in silence.
