Develop compassionate awareness and a more loving heart with this unique melding of mindful movement with Metta and Vipassana practice. Experience eleven days on beautiful Cortes Island cultivating loving kindness and the divine abidings, followed by ten days of insight practice. Discover the four immeasurables (unconditional love, wise compassion, empathetic joy and equanimity)through meditations fusing innate spiritual emotions with the intuitive wisdom of vipassana.   
 
Michele and Steven offer a practice rare and unique, teaching just a few retreats each year. They share their wisdom with clarity, ease and authenticity.
 
Michele McDonald and Steven Smith have been teaching for 31 years and are skilled in transmitting a 6-sense door awareness practice including affectionate awareness and reverence for our bodies. They create effective means to make practice work in powerful ways for each individual student.
