Mindfulness and Intimacy for WomenJul 26 - 31, 2013
Presented by: Nancy Mortifee, Deepa Narayan
In the safety of a confidential, sacred a circle of women, explore tools for cultivating deeper intimacy in your relationships, beginning with yourself. Through body based meditation, artistic and emotional expression and creative activities, connect with your deeper knowing, awaken to unconscious patterning, and learn to let go of behaviours that no longer serve you. Deepen your spiritual life through meditation, learn to cleanly express your emotions without blame, and experience the joy of re-inventing yourself in relationship to self and others. Renew your sense of aliveness with fresh insights into yourself and the discovery of the possibility, and path, to personal change. This work is grounded and practical for real life in the everyday world. Deepa Narayan has a PhD in Human Development, specializing in cross-cultural psychology. She has 30 years experience in research and facilitating workshops around the world to empower women, men and youth. She now focuses on more intimate circles. She has won many leadership awards and published over 15 books on empowerment of self and poverty.
