Hollyhock Privacy Policy

Hollyhock respects the privacy of our guests. We have compiled the following guidelines to share with you about why and how the information gathered by Hollyhock is used.

General

If you register for Hollyhock programs, sign up for our catalogue, subscribe to newsletters, purchase products, or otherwise deal directly with Hollyhock, your contact information and a transaction history will be retained by Hollyhock. We do not sell, rent or share any of your contact information.

Program-related

Hollyhock provides each program presenter with only the names of the participants attending that presenter's program(s). Some presenters gather additional information during the course of the program. We ask them to specify the intended use of the information requested and remind participants they are free to withhold this information. Hollyhock does not provide contact lists for program participants or program presenters, however, program participants are welcome to create and circulate their own lists. Inclusion on these lists is by personal choice, and participants have the right to decline their participation.

Website

1. Hollyhock gathers data from visitors to our website that is primarily used for system administration, compilation and analysis of basic user statistics, and site development. Hollyhock does not sell or rent this information. It is used solely for the purpose of enhancing website services.

2. A cookie is an element of data that a website can send to your browser that your browser may then store on your system. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie and decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept cookies or not. Cookies are used on the Hollyhock site and in its communications by our site-traffic analysis provider, for statistical site-traffic analysis only. As in the case of reservations, an encrypted e-mail is sent from our host to the Hollyhock Store for order processing. Minors are not permitted to provide personal information to the site.

3. By registering for a program online, you have given Hollyhock consent to send you Hollyhock communications, such as catalogues and our monthly newsletter and to inform you of upcoming Hollyhock events.

4. By using our website, users agree to the terms of Hollyhock's privacy policy as it appears on the site. Hollyhock reserves the right to change its policies at any time.
